As far back as I can remember, photos have been of huge importance to me. Now that I have a family of my own, documenting my children and our lives is even more of a priority. Sometimes I regret not having maternity photos taken when I was pregnant with Owen, but at the time it seemed almost silly because I knew I probably wouldn't display them in our home. To that end, I wanted our family photos this year to reflect our BIG boy as well as our family of 3 growing to 4.
We chose Heather Durham (Heather Durham Photography) to photograph us in our favorite place—30A. This stretch of beach is full of memories for us since we got married at Seaside and have vacationed here together more times than we can count. I love the way these turned out and am so excited that Heather will be with us for Elle's birth and again to capture her as a newborn.
