Today marks 30 years for this lady. In honor of this special day, and because I function best in list-form, here are 30 reasons why I love my bestie.
1. Her friends are important to her, and she makes sure they know it.
2. We used to be suite-mates.
3. She once slept on a palette next to my bed in our dorm room. (long story)
4. She opened my eyes to asparagus.
5. She also gets credit for my liking tomatoes.
6. We used to wake up on Saturday mornings (when we lived together), I'd crawl into her bed (the sleigh) and we'd watch Lifetime for hours.
7. She used to take a "Beth" day on the same day as my "Kristen" day.
8. She's not afraid to wear a bedazzled "Taylor Swift" shirt.
9. She LOVES a birthday.
10. Her family is everything to her.
11. She loves to plan a menu for a party or tailgate.
12. She introduced me to Days Of Our Lives.
13. She & I email approximately 92 times per day. (we may not reach that number every day, but most days)
14. I couldn't ask for a better sister-in-law.
15. She loves an appetizer plate.
16. She's one of the strongest people I know.
17. She loves a cowbell. (see below)
18. She loves an acronym.
19. She makes me laugh, a lot!
20. She makes sacrifices for those she loves.
21. She loves a crime show.
22. She's very protective of her brother.
23. She loves Zumba & isn't afraid to show off her moves:)
24. We can sweet talk our way into free shirts from a band. (see below again)
25. She loves a good cold diet coke.
26. She's a salsa connoisseur.
27. She is loyal.
28. Our use of "the common area."
29. She loves Auburn!
30. I've said it many times & it's still true – she's the best friend & SIL this girl could have asked for!
