My friend, Amanda

I've been very blessed over the past year to have made some friendships at work that I know will last a lot longer than the days we'll spend in cubes next to one another. One of those blessings is my friend Amanda. She & her husband, Allen, have become one of our favorite couples to hang out with, and although I know we'll still be great friends, I'm really going to miss seeing her every day. You see, she is also a photographer...a great one at that. Her business has filled her free time so much that she has no time for her 9-5 job. I'm so proud of her, as she becomes a full-time photographer as of Monday.

Tomorrow we're celebrating(!), so I've been working on a canvas to give her that she can hang in her new office at home. Over the past few months I've been helping her with design work for her brand and this canvas reflects that style/look. It actually was a lot of fun to paint!

Good luck Amanda, we're going to miss you at the office, but couldn't be more excited for amanda pair photography!
