There is no better feeling than stepping onto The Plains, especially when it's been since before your baby was born (and it had)! Last Saturday turned out to be a great day for tailgating and a better-than-expected game against LSU.

Speaking of LSU... Does any one remember the game and this hill from 2006?

That was the year that Brian and I, along with 11 of our closest friends, rented an apartment at Harmon for the fall. So many memories from that year, but the hill ranks right up there at the top.

On every home game weekend you could find all 13 of us rolling in on Friday night, sleeping on the sea of air mattresses and up early for a day full of tailgating. The LSU game of 2006 was an 11 o'clock kick, so you can imagine what our day was like. And the game was an insane and down-to-the-wire, to say the least, which left Auburn sitting in the number 2 spot after stealing the win from LSU.

Anyway, after the game we all met back at our tailgate spot – this hill.
