so much to be thankful for

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances;
for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

My heart is full. God's grace is overwhelming. He meets us where we are. His blessings flow freely. And I am undeserving. Today, and everyday, let's give thanks to Him for His many blessings.

What a difference a year makes. Life looks different today than it did this time last year – it's richer. We have a little boy who is a tangible blessing that brings new meaning to the word "grateful." He reminds me every day of God's love for us – his children. Owen depends on Brian & I the way our Father wants us to depend on Him. He trusts us with the childlike faith God asks of us. He brings me joy & overflows my heart with thanksgiving. Thank you, God, for allowing me to be "mommy" to this child.


This Thanksgiving I am grateful for so many things – my husband, our families, health, our jobs, dear friends, the list goes on and on. Most of all, I am thankful to serve such a mighty God.
