November 17th, 2008. I really can't believe a year has passed since our wedding day. We have been reminiscing today about that day and the 12 months that have gone by since...we watched our wedding video, drank from our goblets, ate a piece of top of our cake, and Brian even had some of his groom's cake (aka gingerbread men) that I tried to re-create. What a fun night! I couldn't be happier & feel more blessed to have a rock of a husband, who loves me & laughs with me. Brian, Happy Anniversary, here's to many more happy years! Here are some pictures - then & now...

Brian surprised me this morning with my anniversary gift - a bible with my new name! I am SO excited!! The traditional 1st year anniversary gift is paper - he did SO good, without help!

Happy Anniversary! I'm impressed that the cake made it a whole year. We got hungry one night and decided to eat ours early. Very early!
happy anniversary a little late! I hope it was so special!!!
happy belated anniversary!!! hope you had fun!!
happy belated anniversary!
Kristen, I love your blog and I did not know you had one. Happy Anniversary...love all of the pictures and how fun to try and recreate Brian's "cake" good idea!
Happy 1 year! I didn't realize that we have the same anniversary day! I hope I can meet Brian eventually.
I'm really hoping we can make a visit out there next summer. I want to see Jaime's new baby and maybe take the kids to the beach too while we're in down south. And see all the old friends, of course.
Yup, she's pregnant. She's having a boy! I don't remember when she's due, maybe March?
I'm so glad y'all had a wonderful anniversary! Didn't realize B liked Gingerbread men so much. He will have to come help us make one this Christmas!
